My Background
I began my design journey with a degree in Industrial Design from MITADT, Pune, India, where I established a strong foundation in product development, color, material, and finish (CMF) design, ergonomics, and 3D modeling. I then applied these skills as a lighting designer at Arjun Rathi Design, where I managed end-to-end projects that refined my project management abilities and revealed my passion for leading teams.

This drive to understand design from a strategic lens led me to pursue a Master’s in Design Management at SCAD, one of the world’s top design universities. There, I deepened my expertise in leadership, research, and business strategy — bridging the gap between creativity and impact.

Today, I bring all these layers together — hands-on design, team leadership, and strategic thinking — to craft meaningful experiences and build purposeful design ecosystems.
